At Mentionables, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and garment tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
